✳️ Honeycomb, composite sandwich floor with high-performance plastic sheathing on both sides. Extremely robust and even impact-resistant, this enables an exceptionally low unladen weight and durability for trailers in this class.
Insensitive to water and dirt, non-rotting as it is inorganic.

✅ Lower loading height
Steel floor: from 74 cm to 66 cm
Honeycomb floor: from 74 cm to 69 cm

✅ Protected light bar – newly designed to safeguard lighting and reduce dirt build-up
✅ New and improved sides with recessed locks
✅ New full LED lighting with SIP-K protection rating (waterproof under pressure!)
✅ Rotatable, rubber-dampened, cast iron lashing eyes – each rated to 800 kg
✅ Front box – protects the manual control from dirt and moisture
✅ Improved tipping angle – increased from 45° to 50° for more efficient unloading
✅ Integrated ramp storage – easier access above the light bracket for retrofitting ramps, simplifies loading of machines and vehicles

A robust 3-way tipper, perfect for professionals needing high levels of operator-friendliness and multi-functionality. The unique lightweight design offers increased payload. Its high tipping angle makes unloading bulk materials like gravel and soil easier. The TT5000 series is ramp-ready and comes with 8 recessed lashing points, each rated for 800 daN. Machines and equipment necessary for your job can be easily loaded. The drop sides are made from aluminum and are foldable.
